On the right there are 5 buttons to undo moves, pause the game, switch to full screen mode, control game music, and control game sound.

The waste pile has a number on the lower right which indicates your chain multiple.

The draw pile has a number to its lower left indicating how many cards you have left.

You can only go through the draw pile once.

In the center are the draw and waste piles.

On the left the game shows your current level number, current level score, how many golden beetles you have collected, and how many you need to collect to beat the level.
